What a week! 🤩 Jaylin and Isabella’s first Nationals was an unforgettable experience filled with incredible memories, amazing performances, and so much fun! From many of their dances earning Overall placements to their duo finishing in the Top 10 of their age division, they truly had an incredible week. A special congratulations to Jaylin and Nicole for their beautiful duo, “Fly, Butterfly,” which placed in the Top 15 Duos of the entire competition! 🦋✨ Another huge accomplishment was “Operating Room” taking 1st Place with a High Platinum award! 🏆 And can we take a moment to appreciate all of their elaborate costumes? They were absolutely adorable—so cute, so cute! 💙 Beyond the awards, the best part was making memories with their dance family. Whether they were creating new dances together, spending time at the waterpark, or competing in their very first Color War, they had the best time. Team Turbo absolutely crushed it! 💛💙 What an amazing way to wrap up their first Nationals.

The Operating Room & ESPN NY ! FIRST Place Overall 🥇& 7th Place Overall wow. wow. wow. the absolute best way to end a season with these routines! Watching you guys grow with these routines over the season was nothing but short of amazing. The comrade between all of you in each routine, and with each other is what this is all about! Each dance means something special to me in their own way, and I’m so glad that you guys got to bring them to life. You all put everything into these dances wether it was refining details, getting the exact timing, conveying the story line, trying new things, or working with a new edit after the Knicks won the championship cause your teacher is wild 😜😁 This is something I will cherish forever 🤍💙💛 dancers @spotlightdf @spotlight.comp.team Nationals @backstagecompetition #dance #dancer #danceteacher #nationals #competition

2026 SOLOS !!! It always is such an honor to be asked to teach someone’s solo, and this year I had the pleasure of doing 3! Choreographing a routine is one thing, but having 3 young ladies who come into every single practice ready to work, give it their all, and want to be the best version of themselves every time is another. I was so fortunate to have a front row seat to that for the three of you. I am beyond proud of the work ethic, the growth, and the commitment from the three of you! I can’t wait to see where we go in the future with creating for Nicole and Gianna! My senior soloist Jaylin, you will be severely missed. I can’t quite explain how much of an impact you’ve had on me as a teacher, teaching you forced me to become better and I am forever thankful! DUO DAY !!! beyond beyond proud of these 3 dances I choreographed and the journey they had this season! From every practice in the studio to their final run on the nationals stage, I could not be more proud! You ladies worked incredibly hard to enhance these routines each and every time, and it showed. The connections between you in each routine is so genuine, sincere, honest and important that it radiated through every single movement and told the story. Thank you all so much, beyond proud of each and every one of you ! Amazing end to the season🤍 Unbreakable thread - 5th overall 13-14, high platinum Fly Butterfly- 3rd overall 15-16, judges standing ovation, 13th overall highest scoring duo for the entire nationals, high platinum Big Finish- 7th overall 13-14, platinum studio @spotlightdf 💛 Nationals @backstagecompetition #dance #dancer #teacher #danceislife #competition

Hey everyone! I’m from Queens/Long Island, New York. I’m planning to major in Biology and minor in Dance Studies—dance is a huge part of my life. I’m pretty much down for anything—concerts, karaoke nights, hanging out, or even just playing Roblox. I’m also really into scrapbooking, so you’ll probably find me in the craft room a lot. Music-wise, I love Conan Gray, beabadoobee, and sombr, so fair warning to my future roommate 😭 I’ll definitely be down in Pittsburgh for musicals and concerts too, so if you’re into that, we’ll get along great. I’m looking to meet new people and find a roommate, so don’t be afraid to reach out!!
