¡LAST SHIFT ALERT!
Today, we say ✌🏼 to one of our “Day Ones” @jaym0112!

@tonyssiesta opened, as many of y’all know, during mid-COVID🦠 This was not our original intention, but it was either open during this stressful time, or never open at all🔒 During the first year we had Rattler Rollercoaster🎢 size ups and downs. In order for us to continue serving y’all, we had to think outside the box in regard to drinks, food, events, and everything in between🤔💭

@jaym0112, along with a couple of others, creative thinking💡 is what allowed us to flourish during tough times. That, and an endless amount of unselfishness in regard to putting the success of the bar as one of his top priorities😎

@Tonyssiesta is and always will be forever thankful to this guy🙏🏻 We would not at all be who we are today without his grumpy ass🤬

Come out and get necio😵‍💫 for this dude’s last day here at the bar tonight from 7pm-2am and let him know that he will be missed♥️💙 #Besos

Sundays are for familia! And it’s been a long time coming since we’ve properly introduced ours to you 😃

These lovely faces help make the wheels on the Via 🚌 move in the right direction. Whether it be slinging delicious cocktails behind the bar, taking professional-ish Besos pictures when asked, curating our epic events that y’all love so much, or the retired OG just walking around and acting like the celebrity he is, we’re always here for y’all 😘

And shout out to all the extended familia of the bar: Barbacks, Security, DJs, Food Trucks/Pop Ups, Vendors, Reps, HR 🙏🏻

Thanks for all the continued love and support. Can’t wait to show you what we have in store for the future 🤩 #Besos

🏝🥝🍓Frozen Slurrr-icane 🫐🥭🏝

Are you craving warm, tropical weather somewhere in the Caribbeans 🏖 where Rum flows like Wine!? Well if the odds for you taking that trip are a snowballs ❄️ chance in hell, then why don’t you bring that snowball down here to Tony’s Siesta and let us turn it into a unique version of a Frozen Hurricane that you can enjoy ⛄️

We take our own Tony’s Rum Blend #3 (the third time is definitely the charm!), add our beautifully concocted, House-Made Fassionola Syrup (created with only the purest of FRUIT 🥝🍓🫐🥭), blend in some Fresh Citrus and voilà… you’re transported to somewhere deep in the Tropics! Or at least after 2 or 3 you’ll definitely feel transported somewhere 😎

We’re going to be honest with this one… we’re not sure how this Cocktail even stays Frozen 🧊 When it hits your lips, you’ll know what we’re talking about #Besos

You are officially invited to our 1st cumpleaños!

Come by tomorrow to drink, eat, shop, dance and FIESTA with us!

This celebration will not have occurred without every single Siesta Rita or Tony Fresca ordered by our guests, without every beer or shot ordered by our fellow industry peeps, without friends and family coming in to say hi and cheers a glass of bubbles with us every step of the way. This celebration isn’t only for the bar, but it’s also a thank you for allowing us to be your downtown, neighborhood cantina. And we hope to have many more celebrations with y’all! #Besos

SUNDAY FUNDAY SHOWCASE
🌀🦋Forever Young🦋💛

Adult CapriSun, YES please!! Apparently a running theme of ours for this menu is nostalgia. As it should be. Sometimes reminiscing of our youth is all one needs to bring a smile to our face. This Cocktail just magnifies that smile x10😁.

Anxious in the past to try a Mezcal Cocktail? After this beautiful marigold liquid touches your lips you’ll be FOREVER craving that first taste of this subtle Agave.

Ilegal Joven Mezcal is the Spirit of choice for this luscious Cocktail. Add in the freshly sweet taste of Passion Fruit🍹Pineapple🍍 & Lemon🍋 and you’ll definitely be feeling “Forever Young.” Especially in the morning when you’re not hungover (we will not be held liable though if this is not the case for all guests).

Be sure to get here early though, since there is a limited quantity made daily. It should be ILEGAL to have this much fun (Mexican Dad Joke😎)! #Besos

🪅ONE YEAR FIESTA🪅

On October 16th we turn 1 Year Old 👶🏻(Excuse us as we ugly cry… no more Tequila while posting) It’s been a hell of a year with a multitude of ups and downs but celebrating this milestone could not have been possible without every single person who has enjoyed a Siesta Rita, a Tony Fresca, a shot of tequila, or any and all of what we offer our dear guests here. #Cheers ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

As a thank you, we plan on having a 🎉FIESTA🎊 here that whole day. Doors will open at 12 noon as we kickoff the celebration with a mini mercado on our neighboring lot. We shall also have multiple food options🌽🌮🍗🍔🍲, entertainment🎸🪗🪕🎺, drink specials🍺🍹🥂🥃, & even a Halloween Costume Contest 👻🎃💀 at night with the winner taking home a $100 comped bar tab for that night. More details on all of this debauchery will be coming your way next week. So stay tuned!!! #Besos💋
