Last night was truly a surreal experience attending the @supporttheblazer Launch Party! ❤️🙌

Being surrounded by 77 other incredible individuals who share the same passion for spreading kindness, making a difference, and raising awareness for so many amazing causes is exactly the kind of environment I want to be a part of!

Every single person in the Good People Army wearing their personalized blazer has their own story, their own WHY, and a cause that means something special to them. Seeing everyone come together with one common purpose, TO DO GOOD, is truly something incredible! 🫶

I am beyond excited to officially kick off this year’s campaign and raise awareness and donations for two causes that are very close to my heart: @letscurelucas 💜 & @camhfoundation 🩵

#mentalhealth affects every single one of us in some way. We’re all human, we all face challenges, and none of us are perfect. That’s why having access to mental health resources, support, and care is so important.

I had the honour of visiting CAMH and volunteering at their Summer Kickoff Event, and I can tell you firsthand that the work they do for individuals and families is truly remarkable! 🙌

Some of the incredible services CAMH provides include:

🩵 Suicide Crisis Helpline
🩵 Bridging Clinic
🩵 Specialized Mental Health & Addiction Programs

Lucas is a young boy living with an ultra-rare genetic disorder that affects his speech and mobility.

I’ve had the honour of meeting Lucas many times, and he is genuinely one of the most adorable, happy, and loving little boys! ❤️

Seeing the community come together to support Lucas and his family in their journey toward accessing life-changing #genetherapy is incredibly heartwarming. Every donation, every share, and every act of kindness brings more hope to Lucas and his family. 💜🙏

I would truly appreciate everyone’s support throughout this campaign! Whether it’s donating, sharing my fundraiser, or simply helping spread awareness, every little bit makes a difference. 🫶

Can a man who’s never been a husband or father help another man become a better spouse or dad?

I’m asked this often: How can I coach men to become better husbands or fathers when I’ve been neither?

I understand the skepticism. Some coaches promise transformations in areas where they lack experience

I won’t pretend to know what it feels like to be a husband or father yet…

But I will say that some of life’s most powerful lessons, come from what we didn’t receive growing up

I wasn’t raised by a strong male role model to show me how to provide, protect, communicate, and lead with integrity

I had to face the patterns that came from that and learn how I wanted to show up

I’ve been fortunate to coach amazing husbands and fathers. I’ve helped men improve their health (one lost 65 pounds), honor commitments to their wives and children, and face their vices

I’ll admit that I haven’t lived every experience my clients bring to our work, and I don’t believe you have to have won Olympic gold to help an athlete reach their full potential

What you do need is the tools, process, ability, and willingness to help them evolve

In my program I help my clients examine their values, face what they’ve been avoiding, and take responsibility for their choices

Most importantly, I create space for them to speak their truth without shame or judgment

To become a better husband or father, a man first has to become a better man, and that’s the transformation my coaching provides

I chose this work because I truly feel it’s my life calling

My experiences with family, relationships, and business have taught me what I need to help other men learn, evolve, and grow

I know I still have a lot to learn about becoming a husband and father, and what I do know has already made a huge impact. I’m grateful for the men who trust me with their health, relationships, business, finances, and future

One thing pre-construction buyers NEED to understand is CAP FEES.

Your Agreement of Purchase and Sale may put a limit on certain development charges and other eligible closing costs, but that doesn't mean ALL closing costs are capped.

And this is where things can get serious 👇

⚠️ Default of Contract
Refusing to pay amounts legally required under your contract can put you in breach, or anticipatory breach, of the agreement.

💰 Forfeiture of Deposit
Depending on the circumstances and your agreement, a builder may have the right to terminate the deal and pursue your deposit. Pre-construction deposits can often represent 10%-20% of the purchase price.

⚖️ Damages & Lawsuits
If a builder has to resell the property for less than your contracted purchase price, they may pursue damages, potentially including the difference in price as well as certain legal and carrying costs.

Bottom line:

Purchase Price ≠ Total Cost

Before signing a pre-construction deal, you need to understand:

💰 What closing costs are capped?
💰 What isn't capped?
💰 What could I owe on closing?
💰 What happens if I can't close?

Don't wait until closing day to find out.
