What an experience this past weekend has been. Popped my hundred miler cherry and got the assist to @jfveilleux . What a stud, thank you for pushing me to my limits and making sure I was good. Was a pleasure sharing those miles memories and good old hallucinations together brother 🐱🎄 🦌

Want to give a shout out to @jessica__lambert and @heritagesaintbernard for hosting this event. You guys killed it. Also can’t forget the crew @badgallchacha @1g.collins kept the energy high,positive,made sure all I had to focus on was each loop and our tent squad and brother of war @c.mclean._ and @zakiaali_24

What a summer. From Trail Des Collins and Montreal Island in May, QMT and 6Peaks 100mile in mid-summer, to the mountains of Charlevoix in September , then back home to the Chats Backyard in the fall it was truly a great experience . Got to meet a lot of awesome like minded People. Learned a lot and ready to take it all back to the Lab to keep mastering the craft for next season. Pain is Temporary

2026 was a big learning experience, did my first triathlon which was an Ironman. Didn't know what to expect, since I decided to challenge myself way out of my comfort zone.

Trained for nine months in order to be able to attack the day, and discovered/ learned a lot about myself while grinding day in and day out. I could accomplish anything, I just need to want it bad enough. Having a amazing support system counts, because I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. It started with the people that introduced me to the sport, those who pushed me to believe I could do it and those that were there during the numerous ups and downs...

Now that the unknown was accomplished, we're gearing up for a crazy 2027 season. Stay tuned...
