If you’ve ever had to translate for a family member, you’ll probably relate to este 𝓁𝒾𝒷𝓇𝑜!

When Tío Ricky comes to visit, his nephew finds himself translating everywhere they go. And he’s not exactly happy about it! But when an unexpected medical emergency arises, he doesn’t hesitate to help because, at the end of the day, that’s what 𝒻𝒶𝓂𝒾𝓁𝒾𝒶𝓈 do.

A sweet reminder that being bilingual is such a wonderful skill to have, even when it feels like 𝓉𝓇𝒶𝒷𝒶𝒿𝑜!

And this week marks 𝑒𝓈𝓉𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝒷𝓇𝑜’s FIRST birthday! Y @latinaboomermom is working hard to get 𝑒𝓈𝓉𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝒷𝓇𝑜 on the NYT Children’s Best Sellers list, so what better time to show 𝑒𝓈𝓉𝑒 𝒸𝓊𝑒𝓃𝓉𝑜 some love?

Alfonso and Abuela had a Saturday ritual: find a book at the library, read it together under their favorite oak tree. When that tree came down, Alfonso didn’t just lose a reading spot. He found a way to build something even better.

Abuela’s Library I Lissette Norman is a story about what a library card actually gives a kid. Not just books. A place. A ritual. A reason to come back next Saturday.

It’s still Library Card Sign-Up Month, and if your kid doesn’t have one yet, this is the sign. 📚

Go get that card. Then go find your own oak tree. 🌳

💛 Kindness starts small and grows with us.

Meet I Am Kind / Soy amable, a sweet bilingual story that helps little readers discover the many ways kindness can show up every day—from helping a friend to sharing a smile. 🐰🐑✨

Written by Cindy Montenegro and illustrated by Jayri Gómez.

Part of our I Am series, a collection of bilingual board books created to help build a growth mindset from the very beginning. These books help our little ones learn to love themselves, believe in themselves, build confidence, and know that they belong in every room, all while experiencing the magic of storytelling in two languages.

📚 I Am Kind / Soy amable is available for PRE-ORDER now!
