#sinnersbookfest last weekend had the juke joint jumping! Thank you, @jaysconversations, for putting together this fashionable and fun bookish community gathering! This is why I love #indiebookstores! (Well, this and a million other reasons!)

More book festivals please! @jaysconversations really out did themselves with this event. The vendors were just what a bookie needed.

Thank you @jaysconversations for hosting an amazing evening for SINNERS BOOK FEST! I had great conversations and met so many readers. Many of whom were rooted in their genres and others who wanted to be introduced to something new!

I was also delighted to meet the host of @sbc_tempe! On October 25th this book club. We Will meet @socialhalltempe for some bookish fun.

If you’re interested please connect with @sbc_tempe for the deets. I lost audio on this clip somehow but Nicole will be happy to help you if you’re interested in joining!

I love a good eras party to fashion my feather boa for a night out. And since this one was organized by my fellow book baddie @jaysconversations, I’ll added the pearls for some extra attitude. Just for you, boo!

Had the opportunity to give my guy Jay a fresh cut before Sinners Book Fest 📚✨

Jay is the owner of @jaysconversations Bookstore & Club, and he’s bringing the community together for a night celebrating books, music, art, and culture.

📍 The Culdesac — Tempe, AZ
📅 Saturday, October 17, 2026
⏰ 6–9 PM

Come out for Sinners Book Fest featuring:

📚 Author talks & book signings
🎷 Live jazz & blues music
🛍️ Local businesses
🤝 Community resources
🍽️ Food
🎶 Afterparty by Sew Used

And a whole lot of good energy.

If you’re in Tempe / Phoenix, come support a local bookstore and enjoy a night with the community.
