Final meeting… done and dusted! ✅

It’s officially LAUNCH WEEK for Rise & Thrive Co. and I honestly can’t put into words how exciting this feels. Being surrounded by a team who believe in this as much as I do is something I’ll never take for granted.

If I could quote Dave today, this is the advice he gave me:

“Remember, everyone in the room is there to learn about Rise & Thrive. It’s a room of love. And we’ve got this.” 💛

I’ll be honest with you. Having lived so much of my life through domestic violence and child abuse, putting myself out there on this scale doesn’t come easily to me. People sometimes think it does, but it really doesn’t. It’s uncomfortable.

But my biggest driver, the reason I speak so passionately and push for a better tomorrow, is simple: I needed Rise & Thrive when I was a young person.

So I think about the 595 young people I’ve worked with. That’s my why. That is enough.

I look at my own children, at our future, at the legacy I want to leave for my family and the world I want shaped for them.

And nothing will stop me.

Right now, I feel like I’m being lifted up. And for that, I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone involved. 🙏

A morning I’ll hold onto forever 🥹🤍

Taking Mum and Dad to @glasswholefoods for delicious food, lots of laughs and quality time together.

So special having Jay join us too, making Dad laugh and bringing him a new gratitude journal! 🫶🏼

With everything Dad’s going through, these little moments mean the absolute world to me.

Thank you, Glass Wholefoods, for such a beautiful morning! 🤍

We want to be really clear. 🖤

Our number one motive isn’t money, and it never will be. We want to start a movement and build a community.

KFTGF is about encouraging people to never give up and to always keep fighting the good fight, no matter their circumstances. ❤️

That’s why, behind KFTGF, a percentage of ALL sales will go straight towards supporting mental health charities and MND research.

More than apparel. A movement.

SUNDAY 6PM AEST - 25/10/2026 👀🔥

KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT. ALWAYS.
