With the plaster finished, you can now read the proportions properly. The entrance, the kitchen, the living. All sitting right on the sand. This one is going to be one to remember.

Spectacular properties deserve spectacular cinematics.

Exceptional work by @purple.visuals bringing ‘Freeform’ at 31 McIlwain Drive to life.

At @amirprestigegroup, outstanding content is just the beginning.

We combine creative production with targeted distribution to put our properties in front of the right buyers.

This film brings together a model, agent presentations, subtle AI enhancements, lifestyle footage and exceptional editing to showcase the home and the lifestyle it offers.

We then amplify that content through targeted campaigns reaching buyers across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, New South Wales and Melbourne, alongside exposure to our database of over 350,000 buyers.

From that database, we build a 3% lookalike audience to reach more people who share similar characteristics with our existing buyers.

With over 500,000 online views already, ‘Freeform’ has attracted incredible exposure ahead of its auction on 31 October.

The Amir Prestige marketing difference: exceptional homes, powerful content and a strategy that connects them with buyers.
