Hello there!! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcy.ambs. We've got some totally cool jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of masculine accessories!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with three pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.ambs, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

💥 Who you train with has a huge impact on your training intensity and effort! We all (at times) fall to the level of our competition 💥

🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️

Things you can do to help:

1. Find a program that will keep you consistent.
2. Find a group or partner that will hold you accountable.
3. Trains with athletes who are at “next level” learn, develop and compete with those individuals.

We loving having athletes of all levels @c4explosivesportstraining and we love even more seeing the best competition in the area compete with each other on a weekly basis.

In Honor of Our Season, I wanted to show everyone what happens when you invest in your kids and you tell them Football can take you anywhere!!!!! As a Coach, this should be one of your main goals in Any Sport, sending your kids to college to better themselves and get a quality education!!! If you aren’t coaching to better your kids, Why are you in this profession…..🦅🦅🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️💛🖤💛🖤💛 #Darksidetocollege #redemptionseason #RoadtoNorfolk FYI….this isn’t it…I know I’m missing quite a few….👀👀👀👀

One thing that I learned this year is that, people will say how great you are and how much they appreciate you but then they will trash you behind your back 💯💯💯 It’s sad AF.....but it’s true. This season has been the prime example of that. They will love you when you’re at the top, but when a little bit of adversity gets in the way, that support vanishes. But you know what, “you win some, you lose some....but you live...you live to fight another day.....💛🖤💛🖤💛🖤.....” We’ll be good at the end and we’ll be back at the top where we belong......Thankful for these life lessons....#OTF #Darkside💛🖤💛🖤💛 #brokenpromises

“God Showed me the Way, so i’ma get all the Glory....💛🖤💛🖤💛” Another big win in the Battle of Route 1 vs. Potomac. I know a lot of people are counting us out, but that’s how we are programmed. Overcoming Adversity, staying Disciplined, giving God the Glory.....we are about to make some noise really soon....👀👀👀👀🏈🏈🦅🦅🦅 (This is not a Diss or Insult to any organization or HS in VA, Just celebrating Freedom Football....)
