Your body moves in 3 planes... so why are you only training one? Strength is important. But movement is crucial.

Most people only train the sagittal plane:
Forward & backward movements
Squats. Bench. Deadlifts. Repeat.

But athletic bodies are built when you train ALL 3:
• Sagittal Plane — strength & power
• Frontal Plane - stability & coordination
• Transverse Plane — rotation & explosiveness

If you never move laterally or rotationally, don’t be surprised when:
•You feel stiff
• Your movement lacks athleticism
• Small injuries come up every other week

DM/comment “GLT” to Start building an athletic physique with functional strength, explosive movement, and discipline.
