Grateful I chose to push myself 2 years ago, to try something I was interested in and still very much enjoy! There’s something so special about people showing up to support me, while also letting loose themselves and living in the moment. Detroit meet these three strong beauties who modeled these one of one creations by the super talented an creative @thedueydealer who was showcasing at drinks x design. @rakalaladon in the beautiful flowing golden skirt is a model, talented entrepreneur, artist, stylist. @infinitywh_res in this stunning classic black fur is a model, creative director and visual artist. @jayybird_ is in the playful, fun and furry electric green and is not only a model but an accomplished vegan friendly chef and fellow gardener. I recently met these amazing women at Drinks by Design curated by @designcoredet in the inspiring industrial art space @vanderdetroit this past Thursday showcasing art and all things innovation. Special shout out to @chrissimpsonmi @catchandplaysongs for making me aware of this awesome event. And to @emberlafi one of Detroits premier DJs who was one of the main reasons I attended the event to see her live and support local live music. She was spinning some amazing beats to set the vibe for the entire night.

2025 ✨
A year of being more intentional, more present, and living so fully that not everything made it to camera, and I love that. Grateful for every memory, every laugh, and every person who shared time with me. To anyone I didn’t capture on camera this year, please know your presence, conversations, and the beautiful moments we shared are embedded in my heart. Cheers to the New Year 🥂

A few years ago I shared this banana fertilizer tip, and it’s too good not to revisit! Sustainable, cost-effective, and your plants will thank you.

🍌 Scrape the flesh off your banana peel first, add the peels to a jar of water, let it soak for a day or two (a week or 2 is better) and boom — natural plant food for your indoor & outdoor babies.

Did you know? Many conventional chemical fertilizers can leach into the soil and water systems, harming beneficial insects, pollinators, and even disrupting local ecosystems. Over time, they can also cause salt build-up in soil, making it harder for plants to absorb nutrients naturally.
