KC friends! @bodyaliveolathe hot mat pilates was upbeat and spicy. It was the perfect sweat in the morning. The cold lavender towel at the end was cherry on top. 😍

They also offer classes at a variety of times. This is your reminder to go SWEAT😮‍💨 If you use @classpass, you can find them on there too!

Meet your Studio Manager & Lead Instructor📣 @jayyymitch

Hey BA!!! I’m Jayme🫶🏾 I’m so excited to be apart of the Body Alive Olathe fam! Fitness is so much more than a workout. For me, representation and creating a space where everyone feels seen, comfortable, and confident is HUGE for me.

Outside the studio you can find me being a mama to my little boy, working on my next fitness goal, hanging out with my girls, and listening to a fire playlist!🧡

My class vibe is energetic, encouraging, and a little spicy 🌶️.

Come sweat with me soon!!🫶🏾🔥
