Leaving Las Vegas with a lot more than meetings, games, and business cards. Every Summer League is a reminder that this business has never been about transactions—it’s about relationships. The strongest opportunities don’t come from who you know, they come from who trusts you. And trust isn’t built overnight. It’s built through consistency, showing up, keeping your word, and being authentic in every interaction. Authenticity has a way of opening doors that networking alone never will. People remember how you made them feel long after they forget what you said. Grateful for every conversation, every handshake, every client, coach, executive, scout, and friend who took the time to connect this week. The relationships built over years continue to be the greatest investment I can make. Until next year, Las Vegas. 🎰🏀

I’ve recently had some EPIC adventures! Last weekend my homie @jayzencouncil and I embarked on a walk from Penn Hills to downtown Pittsburgh! Almost 12 miles. We documented a bit of the journey. I’ve been here my whole life and have never experienced Pittsburgh from that vantage point. I LOVE this city. I appreciate the people, the sights, sounds and energy. Walking Pittsburgh is definitely a vibe I wish for you all. I’m grateful to be able to share this story. #walkpittsburgh, #djnatedabarber
