A Message from Britni and Brenna:

Thank you for your support and for all of the goodness YOU bring to our lives. We LOVE what we do.

Each time we step onto our mats and breathe, we find a little space around the mental chatter—and life has a bit more ease, at least in that moment.

Over these 11 years, we’ve made lasting friendships, experienced joyous encounters, shared losses with you, and enjoyed many, many moments of laughter.

We are forever grateful.

To our teachers and staff—Morgan, Jo, Alison, Jazzmin, Maddy, Chalice, and Marley—and to our extended teachers, Sandy, Amber, Hyla, Tess, and Johnny: you make this easy for us. Your passion, wisdom, dedication, and love for this community are deeply appreciated.

We love you all.

And infinite praise to Dr. Barbara Tardo, our special angel above, who told us before she passed, “Keep doing good things.”

We shall, Barb. ❤️

Cheers to 11 years of movement, breath, friendship, laughter, and community—and to many more to come!

ALL are welcome here. Always.

In Deep Gratitude,
Brenna and Britni
