The Button Jar was released only five months ago.

Since then, the reviews keep arriving with praise that has proven well-earned. “Somewhere between the woods of rural Maine and a Brooklyn apartment, Yvonne Rogers figured out how to press the joy of the natural world into sound, and hand it to the listener.” – Tim Larsen, @jazzviews We couldn’t agree more. Listen to what exploration can look like live. 🎹 @yvonne.greenough | One afternoon only.
October 18, 2 p.m. @columbusmuseum 🔗 Tickets are live in our bio. #atribeforjazz

Paul McCartney recorded ‘London Town’ on a rented yacht. David Gilmour built a whole studio inside his houseboat. So when George Cole from @jazzviews compared my new album ‘Current’ to theirs, I had to ask myself: how does their gear stack up against two car batteries, a MacBook, and a 20-foot sailboat? 🌊🎹 I went digging into how they actually pulled it off — turns out my setup had more in common with theirs than I expected. Here’s what it actually takes to make an album with the water, not just on it. New blog post is up on substack (link in bio) 🎶⛵️ #paulmccarthy #davidgilmour #boatalbum #watermusic #sailboat @dynamiclondon
