4 World Records. 3rd Powerlifting Meet.

Huge performance today from Breakwater Athletics athlete Hudson, who put together an incredible meet at just 17 years old.

Squat: 250 KG (551 LB)
Bench: 150 KG (330.7 LB)
Deadlift: 280 KG (617.3 LB)
Total: 680 KG (1,499 LB)

4 16-17 World Records.

Coming into only his third competition, Hudson continues to make incredible progress and establish himself as one of the top young lifters in the sport.

Couldn’t be prouder of the work he’s put in, his consistency, and the trust he’s placed in me as his coach.

Plenty more to come. #EveryWave🌊

Got my Azz kicked today due to no sleep! But had to get I here cause gym close early Saturday’s.

I highly recommend NOT doing this! Just my hyperfocus wouldn’t let it go💀. But 4wks out! Let’s get right!

Had a struggle on simple error(who can spot it? No coach @coachbduff you can’t participate 🤣)
P.S. why do kids wake up so early 😩lol

Positions in the hole have been rough coming back from injury. Some days my tech feels foreign & other days it feels right on point.

But instead of getting upset. I’ve learnt to laugh about it! I’ve been here before & each time I’ve come back stronger! So minor setback for major comeback!

This performance wasn’t built in a day, it was earned through months of hard work, consistency, and trust in the process.

Proud of what Hudson has accomplished. With this being only his second meet, there’s still plenty of room to grow. Excited to see what comes next.
