Bespoke 1:1 and 1:2 personal training in our fully equipped @gratz_pilates studio in the heart of Brighton and Hove. Check out @jazzyella she has come on so much since she started training with me and the key to success is consistency. We make the classes fun, but keep them structured so you get the most out of every session and feel and see your progression week on week.

“It is the conscious control of all muscular movements of the body. It is the correct utilisation and application of the leverage principles afforded by the bones compromising the skeletal framework of the body, a complete knowledge of the mechanism of the body, and a full understanding of the principles of equilibrium and gravity as applied to the movements of the body in motion, at rest and in sleep.” Joseph Pilates Return to Life Through Contrology (aka Pilates).

Exciting news 🎉: small group reformer and tower classes coming VERY soon 👀 xxx
