🔥Breast Cancer Awareness Bench Press Competition Was A Blast🔥

Energy in the room was on another level and got a chance to meet @ndo_champ for the first time🔥 Big inspiration in the fitness community. Shout out to my brothas @jbeastly99 & @dame_nwk for showing out too 💪🏿

Didn't win the competition, but today was still a W in my book. Been dealing with a minor pec strain on my right pec for about 3 weeks, and didn't feel any pain today. Super grateful to have had the opportunity to do this competition pain free and still PR, so its safe to say that "I AM Back".

Hit a Huge Rep PR of (315 LBS For 13 Reps). Most i ever done was 9 reps over a year ago. Felt like i could of gotten 15 reps, but I hit the rack like 4 times , so that slowed down my momentum, but I will get it next time.

Confidence is built through repetition.

This was off program, and I don't reccomend going off program, but warm ups was flying today, so I said fuck it. Honestly felt like i had 430 - 441 lbs in the tank, but we gotta save that for the big day.

Smoked 419 lbs today and felt like a rpe 8.5 on a deload week which is crazy.

Defintely had a mental battle today before this PR, because, I failed 420 lbs on bench last month, but we overcame it 💪🏿. Having a strong mindset is key when it comes to lifting.

Just For Inspirational purposes only. Had the heaviest bench press at my first powerlifting meet 2 days ago.

These are just some failed attempts and lessons learned from trial & error. I hit my all time best bench of 413 LBS in competition, and this has been a weight, I been fighting to hit for the longest.

Never give up and never fold under pressure, even when the weight gets heavy, just keep pushin, keep fighting 💪🏿.

1st Meet Recap: 2023 Raging
Romantics (USAPL)

Extremely Grateful To have had the opportunity compete for my first time today and hit some new PR's. Defintely was a learning experience for me, and I plan to execute even better than I did today, next go round 💪🏿. Just want to thank @powerofpablo
@dame_nwk @_ijustblifting @nadacluee__ for handling and holding me down throughout the meet, would not have been able to do this without yall.

Came in 1st place for best overall lifter (Junior) , and of course i got drug tested. Crazy thing is, I weighed in this morning @ 90.15 KG but still got bumped up to 100 kg.

Also want to thank the @signaturefitnessnj strength & conditioning crew for being supportive of my journey. And also big shoutout to my coach @ct_whitney for holding me accountable throughout this process and helping me get to the next level 🙏🏾. The battle is far from over 💪🏿.

🔥408 LB Paused Bench PR🔥

Ended 2022 with a Huge Bench PR. First time ever pausing 400 LBS +. Went off program today, had no intentions on hitting this, but after my 375 single flew , i just knew I had it in me.

I felt like I had 190 KG/419 lbs in the tank, but we gonna save it for when it really counts. Just grateful, we ended the year strong and injury free 💪🏿. LETS GOOO

Happy Liftsgiving To All My Powerlifters / Gym Rats. Did my traditional Thanksgiving max out with the fam as we do every year @lafitness_kearny_nj 🔥. Hit Two Big PR's today. Bench kind of sucked today, pads are too narrow, and couldn't get as tight as i wanted, but we still did the best we could. Hit a 412 LB Bench right after failing 415 , so we still made out pretty good 💪🏿

Squat: 530 LBS/ 240.4 KG ( 15 LB PR)

Bench: 412 LBS/186.8 KG (7 LB Touch & Go PR)

🔥502.5 LBS For An All Time Deadlift PR 🔥

Momentum on deadlifts is crazy right now, and still got another 20 weeks before we really show out. Crazy thing is , I did this off no pre workout and did some heavy SSB Box Squats prior , so im capable of a lot more 💪🏿

Deadlifts is my weakest lift and this is a 40 LB Personal Record For Me. Had to fine tune somethings with my form and technique, and we made it happen. The journey to a 500 LB Deadlift has been a long time coming. The marathon continues.
