the real + the raw of my DLM Retreat experience 🤎

I could’ve easily told you the pretty version..the Miami trip, the shopping, the networking, the panels, the goodies…

but the reality? 😭

My flight was delayed. I barely slept. I had to drive 4 hours to Miami. I cried, I stressed, I had about 10 different crash outs 😂 and STILL… I showed up.

Not everything has to go perfectly for you to experience something meant for you. Sometimes you just have to keep going, even when the journey looks completely different than you imagined.

So grateful I pushed through because this room gave me so much. 🥹

Thank you @damanifludd for bringing us all together & creating a space where people in beauty could connect, learn and grow.

The real + the raw because the pretty moments are only half the story. ✨

Feeling super blessed as we enter Q4. 🥹💕

During the month of September, I did a little bit of everything! I taught a beginner lash class to Chaney, who was such a fast learner. I got to travel to a lash conference in Miamiiii with a friend in the industry, where I met so many empowering people in our industry, gained so much knowledge, and was able to support other businesses. I also took a personal trip to Arizona, where I was able to live in the moment, spend some time away from my phone and business, and truly reset. & ofc, I serviced all of my fave ladiessss. 💕

As we step into October, enter the holiday season, and get closer to the end of 2026, I’m feeling more focused and grateful than ever.

This month, I’ll be trying out a new schedule that allows me to pour into more than one aspect of my life at a time, while also focusing on cleaning things up on the backend of my business. I can’t wait to share more of my journey, ideas, and everything I’m learning as I navigate new avenues in this industry. 💕

My heart is still so full. 🥹 @dlmlevelupretreat

On September 19th, we filled a room in Miami with nothing but knowledge, optimism, ambition, and HUNGER. I’m genuinely overwhelmed by the amount of love and support I’ve received. I know I say it often, but I could never say it enough: nobody’s support goes unnoticed. Every ticket purchased, every repost, every encouraging message, every sponsor, every speaker, and every person who showed up means more to me than I can fully express.

The fact that I was blessed to host TWO retreats in just TWO months and bring together more than 150 beauty entrepreneurs from across the country is something I will never take for granted. Watching everyone connect, learn, pour into one another, and leave inspired reminded me exactly why I started the DLM Level Up Retreat.

Every sponsor booth looked absolutely PHENOMENAL😭😍😍😍 and if you know, you know… I spent the entire day saying, “OMG, y’all look so pretty!” 😂😍 The beauty, the energy, and the confidence in that room were unmatched.

To everyone who played a part in making this experience possible: thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is only the beginning.

“MIAMI, FL WORK TRIP” 🤭

Miami was a reminder that social media only shows us what people choose to share. We see the business, the success, the followers and the pretty pictures; but we don’t always know the person or the story behind it all.

Hearing some of everyones stories hit highkey HARD. People have been through real life and still find a way to show up. They aren’t robots, and neither am I.

…give people grace and not be so quick to judge someone based on what you see online. You truly never know what a person had to survive to become who they are today 🤎
