#reikimaster training at Joshua tree was even more powerful than I’d imagined. To be honest I am still struggling to put a lot of it into words!

I deepened my understanding of reiki itself and also simplified it. And simplicity without compromising power is even more valuable than I’d thought possible!

Follow here to learn more about reiki, somatics and upcoming trainings.

Notice the magick in all the mundane.

The most expensive thing you can do is stay in cheap relationships.

The cost is your nervous system. Your decisions. Your energy. The version of you that walks into Monday.

There’s no biohack for this. No optimization.

You either choose better people or you keep paying.

Storms are not personal.

They show up with force. They move across the room. They keep moving.

You were never meant to hold them.

What’s been living in you that was only ever passing through?👇

Congrats to these four beautiful souls who completed the Reiki Master level of the Usui/Holy Fire ® III World Peace system of healing, and we did it in Joshua Tree! It was a beautiful week of healing, connecting, exploring, and getting deep into the methods and techniques of Holy Fire Reiki.

Sometimes I am in absolute awe of the women I attract into my trainings. Seeing their journey from Reiki Level 1 into Reiki Level 3 is beyond. Watching these ladies build their businesses and put themselves out into the world, bringing their own unique gifts and skills and seeing how reiki can enhance and be infused in what they do.

These ladies bonded and connected in a way that you would have never known they just had met. (And the conversations are still going 🤗)

Congrats, and let’s all welcome @restorativelotus_rising1 @mundanetomagick @jbourne2be @donjulia into the @elevatehealingevents family as Reiki Master Practitioners. 🤍

And I did have the time of my life.
Adventures and growth made possible by the knowledge and friendships shared by the wonderful people in and coming into my life. And my man, who gives me the MOST. How fucking cool is that!!!

I’ve been training people in Reiki for 3 years now. 🤲 Today, I’m reviewing a Level 1 & 2 class with my mentor in the @icrtofficial program Kathy Golden. I flew in last night.

All night last night I could feel my energy field being prepared for what’s going to happen this weekend. I’m excited. I’m open. I’m looking forward to learn more from someone who has been doing this a much longer time then me. 🙏

Last night I was up in the energy late and guided to create another retreat with @_theawakenedsoul in Joshua Tree for you local folks. 🤗💜 Details are up! A Desert Reset. 3 night escape to the desert.

I’m so grateful for the path I am on and how Holy Fire Reiki Energy continues to guide me on my path.

All reiki trainings in-person and virtual are up on my website. If you’ve been feeling the call. Now more then ever is the time!!

I’ve been teaching full time for 3 years now and EVERY. Single. Time. This is my greatest JOY. 🏵️Seeing them step into and own this identity which is so evident in the practice sessions.

It’s Awakening the healer within. During the trainings it gives you the time to step away from your busy schedule and step into a sacred space and container.

🌹 Sparking the remembrance deep inside of you becuase you know you are here to make a difference.

💫Reconnecting and connecting deeper with your soul and spirit.

🧩 Healing pieces of yourself you did not know you needed to heal.

Learning Reiki is so much more than learning a healing modality. It is awakening and remembering who you really are. Connecting back deeper to your Authentic Self. It’s pure MAGIC. 💫

JOIN ME IN LA✨I’ll be back in September for another round of Reiki Level 1 & 2 Trainings. Spots are limited. DM me for sign up link.
