Cancer doesn’t discriminate. Neither should awareness. Cancer touches all of us, patients, caregivers, families, & friends💝🎀 I! AM! A! SURVIVOR!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Tomorrow, April 29th, is Denim Day ~ wear denim to stand in solidarity with survivors.

Consent is EVERYTHING. 🩵🩵🩵 Staying silent when you know a predator makes you GUILTY, makes you an ENABLER, the next victim is on your hands!!!!

If you’d like a teal ribbon, message me and I’ll meet you!

Emma Dawn, it’s officially your last Senior Sunday—GRADUATION WEEK is here! 🎓

There were moments you didn’t think you’d make it through the day… through the night… through another week, season, or semester—but look at you now. You made it. Still standing, still fighting, still turning your dreams into reality.

I am beyond proud of you and so grateful to witness this moment. There truly aren’t enough words to capture it.

Go make it count—just like you always do. 💛 ~ 📸 @candace.mccaffery @candacemccafferyphotography

Through every trial and challenge Emma Dawn faced, a natural-born leader wasn’t just tested—but proven. From her first major setback at just 12 years old, every obstacle over the next 10 years became part of the blueprint.

From struggle to strength—that’s what leaders are made of. Emma learned that perfection isn’t attainable regardless of how much she strived for that perfect routine. She may not be perfect, but if she’s anything, she’s persistent.

I’ve loved being part of every high and low over these past 20 years of your gymnastics journey, and I’m just as excited to see what the next 20 bring. Gymnastics doesn’t define you—it’s not who you are, it’s just something you did.

Emma Dawn, I only hope to have half the strength and determination you carry so effortlessly. You amaze me every single day. I love you, sissy. ♥️⚡️

Her last time to ever walk on the floor as a gymnast! I’d venture to say there was not a dry eye in the place! 😢 I’ll post her final routine and special memories from today soon, but right now I just can’t. This is harder to process than I ever imagined! Emma Dawn, you make me so proud and continue to teach me how to be better daily! #TeamOne #senioryear

Dalton Lee, I have struggled for days to find the words, every time I’ve went to post I just couldn’t do it. I’m heartbroken, confused, shocked, & reality is I’m not sure what to do, what to say, or how to handle this with the season that we were in. I was driving home from Norman, Thursday night, and as I went to get on 48 it was blocked off going both ways and my intuition was screaming at me, I had a sick feeling but didn’t know why. I had been anxious all day to the point of crying while at Aubree Tolbert’s. Then, I soon found out why. I’ve missed you like crazy, hell, I’ve missed all of you! No matter what was going on or what happened my feelings for you never changed. Should it have been handled differently, yes, and I’ll own that. You were and always will be a huge part of our family. You not only helped heal and piece back together Emma Dawn but you did me as well! You were always there, making me laugh, and lighting up my day. Even though you were the most ornery little shit and the biggest goofball EVER, you had a God given gift of bringing your people together, loving them big, and living life to the fullest! Neither of us are perfect, we both pissed each other off, hurt feelings throughout the years, but we also loved each other so much more than words can say and we had a blast living this crazy life together with our people. D, I’ll regret for the rest of my life not telling you how much you meant to me and the special place you’ll always hold in my heart! I can only hope and pray you knew. You will be missed more than anyone person could imagine. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. There is and will always be a huge void in all our hearts of those who were honored to have known YOU! Life will never be the same. Summers will never be the same. Road trips will never be the same. Talking about all the tea will never be the same. NOTHING will ever be the same! You made a huge difference in my life as well as my family’s! I love you Dalton Lee Roberts!
