Today was one of those eye opening sessions that remind me of the importance of having a safe space to express some of my deepest concerns, but also be able to find solutions to unique life problems.

I’m grateful to have been in therapy at different points of my life for the last five years, related to a series of different life transitions. Of course at some point you have to get out and live, but when life got heavy — I’ve always found my way back.

If you or someone you know is in need of a therapist, counselor or coach, I may not be the person for you, but I just might have someone within my network that could assist you. It’s important to shop around with this sort of thing to understand what works for you. If you’d like to learn more, shoot over a DM and we can talk. Until then, be well!

Fab loves the community. It’s that time again for our 2nd annual Easter Block Party! Don’t forget to share with your families in the Ville and register. There will be food, raffles, music, face paint, and more so rsvp!

My personal favorite part are the professional photos of the kids with the Easter bunny. If you came last year, what was your favorite part? @fabrealtygroupnc
