✔️’d the box on my first-ever fixie 50-miler today with some friends here in OKC, completing the city loop that spans the entirety of the city. Shouts to @naterob17 for the invite, @jcalfy for leading the way with some exceptional route mapping, and @thegooseok for the superior post ride nourishment and cervezas 🍻

A little more than halfway through the year. I’ve had a great deal of success meeting people from all over that share a passion for exploring on a bike. Oh so very grateful to be on this train, riding with some of the best around. From the west coast to the east coast and down to the butthole of America (Oklahoma). Cheers to more experiences on and off my bike. I think I might of healed a little too hard 😂 I kinda owe it to myself at this point. ❤️

A little late, but now that my birthday has passed, I’ve been reflecting on just how grateful I am.

Turning 30 on June 5th feels like the end of an incredible chapter. When I look back on my twenties, I don’t think about the races, accomplishments, or goals I checked off. I think about the people.

The friendships, the adventures, the long conversations, the spontaneous road trips, the laughs that left my stomach hurting, and the memories that will stay with me forever.

My twenties weren’t perfect. There were highs that I’ll cherish forever and lows that challenged me more than I expected. But through every season of life, I was surrounded by people who supported me, believed in me, and made the journey worthwhile.

To everyone who has been a part of my life over the last decade: thank you. You helped make my twenties some of the best years of my life. The community and friendships I’ve built mean more to me than I can put into words.

As I step into my thirties, I do so with a full heart and so much excitement for what’s ahead. If the next decade is anything like the last, I know it’s going to be something special.

Here’s to more adventures, more stories, and more memories with all of you.
