Top session this morning with good mate and online client Cleav!🎯

No hamstring work today as I stupidly pulled my left hammie playing bubble football in Benidorm on the weekend🤣 however the quads got absolutely hammered still that’s for sure.

Benidorm (A) with the boy 👊

Might not mean much to most people but seeing one of your best mates & clients finally confident in his own skin walking around a beach club with his top off is fucking unreal to see.

Banging pull session this morning and class to see you again after so long mate @jcleaver97 🤝

Me and Josh worked together a fair few years ago before he disappeared off travelling around Aus, partying and living his best life 🤣

Back then we managed to get him in very good shape, but after a couple years of inconsistent training, food, sleep and routine… he’s ended up where a lot of lads do, that “skinny fat” stage where you’re not massively overweight, but not carrying a solid amount of muscle either.

So the goal right now is simple… strip everything right back, get him as lean as possible while holding onto as much muscle as we can, then slowly build from there.

At the same time, bring some proper structure back into his day to day life, get healthy habits back in place again and make the whole process feel easy and sustainable instead of constantly stop starting.

Good to have you back locked in mate 👊
