Passion 🔥 Playing Handpan never fails to drop me into the zone! This place of creation ignites something so exciting within me that feels natural, grounding, playful and deep at the same time. What are you passionate about?

PS: I hope you’re doing okay out there in this mercury retrograde… it’s been a big one that’s for sure. We got this!

Every gathering around cacao reminds me that this is about relationships.
It is about remembering.
It is about creating bridges between people, cultures, and generations.
Thank you to everyone who came today and share this incredible space together ✨

Thanks to the foundations created through the @thecacaoambassador , I have witnessed the beautiful connection growing between Pacific cacao farming communities and people across Aotearoa and Australia. Today, together with Pilopaso Chocolate Haus @6876_agnes , we continue to dream of a future where young people are supported to reconnect with their land, their culture, their creativity, and one another through educational programmes and meaningful experiences.

This August I will be returning to the Solomon Islands to continue supporting this vision, and I would love to invite you to be part of it.

If this work speaks to your heart and you would like to help us continue planting seeds for the next generation, you can support through my Givealittle page or by bank transfer.

Every donation, whether big or small, becomes part of this collective journey.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing that together we can create a future where we remember that we are all connected—children of the same Earth, growing stronger through community, care, and cacao.

If you haven’t yet, watch the 2 short movies on YouTube by @manaakimedia to know more about the story.

It’s been a year of @circlhealth 🔆💧Here’s a message from Chris, our founder:

Circl Health launched just about a year ago, and in that time we’ve built a really aligned, loyal community of people who genuinely get it. These are label readers, goal-driven people who use movement to connect, create, and protect their mental health.

My vision with Circl Health is to fuel goal-driven athletes from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to sleep — with the best products in the world. We’ve made an amazing start on that mission. There is no more important vehicle to nourish than our bodies. We get one shot, and people really care about the quality of what goes in. That’s why we’re committed to products with true efficacy — products that genuinely help people perform, however they define that for themselves.

This year, we’ve fuelled thousands of athletes across New Zealand with hundreds of thousands of milligrams of sodium and other high-quality nutrients and minerals. The feedback on how Hydrate+ performs has been consistently great.

Year two means an expanded product range while deepening what we already do with Hydrate+. New flavours, new delivery formats, stronger partnerships across New Zealand and Australia, a wider distribution network, and more presence at events and in communities on both sides of the Tasman.

We’ve built a strong foundation, and I couldn’t be more excited, energised, and optimistic about what year two of Circl Health will bring.

GIVING BACK IS NOT CHARITY.
It is conscious, ethical leadership and how communities truly thrive.

Giving back has never been a side note to LyZadie @lyzadie , it is part of its foundation. That is how nature functions: nothing exists in isolation; everything nourishes what surrounds it. To create without giving back would break that natural balance.

Giving back at LyZadie happens consistently and structurally. We donate a percentage of sales from our products, embedding contribution directly into the business model. This year, the Ngāhere and Made in New Zealand exhibitions became a more visible, hands-on expression of that value, acts of service that created space, visibility, and momentum for local makers I collaborate with and those I don’t. The intention was simple: build a thriving creative ecosystem where opportunity circulates, not concentrates.

This approach builds on years of giving back to organisations doing vital work for people and planet, including Forest & Bird @forestandbird , Youthline @youthlinenz , Shine NZ @2shine_nz , Homeless No More Aotearoa, Starship Foundation @starshipfoundation , Trees That Count @treesthatcount, etc. Different years, different needs, the same commitment.

The same values guide my life beyond the studio. I gave my time and presence during New Zealand Fashion Week to support a creative friend, ethical fashion designer Renata Holicová of Stitching Dreams Crafting Elegance @rholicova , modelling for her and walking in her fashion show, while raising funds and awareness for the local women’s refuge @womensrefugenz in Rodney District. Renata’s work embodies slow, ethical fashion: thoughtfully made linen and cotton garments, alongside upcycled denim pieces that give new life to existing materials, craftsmanship with heart, not haste.

No separation between values and action. I walk the talk.

Giving back is not charity.
It is conscious, ethical leadership and how communities truly thrive. 🤍✨
