The most dangerous event of the year?

A lot of recent media talk about how “dangerous” Notting Hill Carnival is. I think we can all agree that’s not true.

Carni is about bringing community together and the overwhelming majority of people come to celebrate in peace. The rare incidents get all the headlines, but they don’t represent what Carnival really is.

Notting Hill Carnival is a staple of London summer. As much as the media try to demonise it, the energy of the weekend can’t be replicated.

Long Live Carni

a mulaa joans timeline

mulaa joans is setting the scene for a glowing career. having signed a record deal straight out of secondary school and moved to london, she’s been teasing the release of new music for months, utilising her growing following on tiktok, on which she has built a strong community. mulaa has also been garnering fans through her modelling work, working with the likes of chrome imperial, poser, and lids, building strong fanbases in both the music and fashion spaces. as anticipation builds for her newest release ( streets are saying it might be in september), it’ll be fascinating to see mulaa’s trajectory over the next twelve months.

go support her.
