New Youtube Video drops this friday @8pm 🔥

This isnt one to miss, i always talk about intensity, not just within single sets but utilising different techniques. Its wayyy harder 👊🏼 and it builds a certain density that you just cant fake. Use @robcannon26 's legs as proof 😅

Nothing much else to say other than check it out over on my channel when its up. Friday Night. 8pm 💪🏼

Posing and Classic Physique go together like Biscoff and Oats 😋

Been looking forward to creating this content for you guys. The first 6 videos will be as follows

✔️ 3 Transitions into the Twisting Rear Double
✔️The Mantis Pose
✔️Twisting Front Double Bicep

I cover how to hit the poses properly, tips on how to incorporate them into routines, when to use them, and lots more to come.

My goal is to create the most in depth library of posing videos for you guys to watch, whether to help you prepare for your competitions or simply just learn the poses for your own purposes, maybe even to improve check in photos for your coach by learning how to present your physique.

Link to the site is in the bio guys 🖥 I appreciate your time checking out.

If you aren’t making any mistakes, you aren’t taking enough chances. Learn to live without the fear of failing as that’s where you’ll learn and progress the most.

Every show ive ever done ive put pressure on myself to win. I always will, ill speak out loud what i want for myself. No one else will do it for me.

That said though, i also really wanted to enjoy this experience, im living my dream, travelling the world competing as an IFBB Pro, meeting new people, training at cool gyms. It doesn't get much better, especially doing it with someone i love @annielindsay22. I have enjoyed this whole experience so much, and now that ive pulled the plug on that debut, i feel even more confident going into the next show.

Lessons learnt from this show, definitely.. things ill be carrying forward with me when I compete in November in the UK.

Has this experience humbled me some people have asked.. no 😂 like ive said, im actually pretty grounded if you get to know me, im optimistic but also completely realistic in what i feel i can achieve and in what time frame! Im not oblivious to the fact of how hard the pro stage was going to be, hell im 20lbs under the weight limit! I just believe in my work ethic enough to know that i can be at the top.

Don't let anyone shoot you down for speaking out loud what you want your future to be. 👊🏼
