It's official! DESOLATION HEART will be playing at this year's Umeå Filmfestival. Starring Agnes Born, co-starring Richard Desiatnik, Mikaela Fredriksson, with the voices of Josephine McAdam and Alex Woods and featuring the stunning cinematography of Henning Sandström.

"A traumatized young woman with a unique but uncontrollable ability to move between dimensions must confront both her past and her future, even if it means the end of the world."

The film is produced by Patrik Silverljus for UDDA Studios in association with Film i Västerbotten / Lill Casslind and Filmpool Nord / Katja Härkönen.

DESOLATION HEART will be playing in the Storspoven 1 Block: "Beings, Myths and Creatures Between Worlds" - Sometimes we encounter inexplicable forces and beings among us, or perhaps within ourselves. Especially when life is pushed to its limits and existential fears come to the surface. The longing for a child, or even for another world, can open our minds to what usually remains unseen. Perhaps we are not as alone out there as we think. The films in this short film block are all nominated for our film award, Storspoven. The winner will be selected by an independent jury and announced at Umeå Filmfestival’s award ceremony on Friday, 27 November at 19:00 at Kajen.

This short film block will be screened two times:
Wed 25 Nov, 5:15 PM
Sun 29 Nov, 1:30 PM

🎲 FOUR SHOWS IN 2 DAYS! 🎲

Here’s a little throwback to last year’s @vampirethemasquerade show at Worlds Lair, to give you a little insight (can’t get more insight than from INSIDE THE SHOW can you?) into the type of shenanigans you’ll be treated to this year.

From @rollfromthehip bringing Wild Magic Warriors to the stage, to surviving Call of Cthulhu with a couple familiar faces, diving into Terry Pratchett’s Discworld and discovering what @rowanrookanddecard Hollow’s has in store... you might want to grab your tickets before they all fly out the door! 🎟️
