Life is a journey, nothing comes easy and learning is a process that never ends.

Lots of people ask me why did I switch from being just a simple personal trainer to a life coach. The answer is simple, I’ve learned the hard way so I will make sure that all my clients understand that their wellbeing is more important than a damn set in the gym or even a workout.
Understanding your clients lifestyle, and creating a life long routine is the ultimate key to success.

Some will say abs are built in the kitchen, and I do agree, however like every other muscle group abs have to be trained hard and often.

I wish I knew how simply you can get wanted results results without lifting crazy heavy and killing yourself.

There were times when I used leg press 26 45lbs plates, don’t believe me, scroll all the way down and you will find in the very beginning of my IG posts.

I used to warm up squatting 315 lbs, doing just stupid heavy weight and for what?

Do you think anyone and I mean anyone gives two cents how much you squat or bench press? I’ll tell you no one cares absolutely no one.

So fast forward many years later and many injuries later, I’ve learned that mind muscle connection without overloading your muscle works way better.

Majority of my injuries are gone and I’m in way better shape now than when I lifted heavy.

If you are new to this or stuck in your old ways and keep getting hurt do me a favor and hire knowledge trainer who will guide to results without causing more harm.

Two words that changed how I think and do things were :
YOU CAN’T ❗️❗️❗️

From that point on everything I do I follow with also two words:
WATCH ME ❗️❗️❗️

Always remember there are two types of people in the world,
Those who say I can’t, and those who say I can.
BOTH ARE USUALLY RIGHT❗️❗️❗️
