Wait… how many pushups did we actually do? 👀💪🏽

We always wrap up upper-body by pushing each other to a push-up burn out — but things got intense real quick 🔥
How many pushups do YOU count? 👇🏽 Drop your number in the comments!

I’ve been in gyms for years… but I’ve NEVER touched a rowing machine. 🚣🏾‍♂️😳 But that’s exactly why I had to try it. The biggest breakthroughs happen when you step outside your routine and challenge yourself in new ways. Growth isn’t found in what’s familiar—it’s in the places most people ignore. Whether in the gym, business, or life, the key is exploring the unknown and pushing past limits. Keep evolving. Keep discovering. That’s where the real wins are. 💪🏾🔥 #Endurance #BreakthroughMoments #TrySomethingNew #LegacyInMotion #KeepRowing
