Just here to make the world a little bit weirder. ✌🏻

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some people spend their lives pouring into others, and Jamie is one of them.

If you've spent any time in Downtown Warrensburg, chances are you've seen Jamie's smiling face. She gives so much of her heart to our community, always working behind the scenes to make downtown an even better place for all of us.

This time, it was Jamie's turn to be celebrated.

She joined us for a Power of She session, and it was everything we hoped it would be. These colors couldn't have suited her more, and her smile absolutely lit up the studio. She was radiant from beginning to end.

Jamie, thank you for everything you do for our downtown and our community. It was such an honor to create these portraits for you. Now it's our turn to remind you just how incredible you are.

The Power of She isn't just about beautiful portraits. It's about celebrating the women who spend so much of their lives lifting everyone else up.

Thank you to the Warrensburg Young Professionals for doing their pair in our #cleantheburg initiative. They went down to the Chamber to help freshen up the outside of the Depot just in time for spring time visitors and sunny skies! ☀️

Last Thursday, our office took a little field trip to visit some of our nearby Main Street communities! We started off by heading to The Independence Square for lunch at Ophelia's Restaurant & Inn! Afterwards we ran into our friend Jeff from the Independence Square Association who gave us all the must stop shops to visit! We did a little shopping at a few retail storefronts and visited their beautiful Farmers' Market pavilion! WOW! We then hopped in the car and headed to Downtown Lee's Summit! We decided to stop into Embers Candle Bar and make custom candles, which as a BLAST! We went next door to Poppy's Ice Cream & Coffee House for a sweet treat then popped into the Downtown Lee's Summit office. We admired their beautiful office and fun interactive murals and art! We love to visit our Main Street communities to show them some love and generate some ideas for our own Downtown! Thanks for having us! #exploringmainstreet
