The game doesn’t grow on its own. It grows because coaches give their time, sacrifice their weekends, share their knowledge, and pour their hearts into the next generation. Behind every athlete who gets the chance to love this game is a coach who chose to give back to it. Never underestimate the power of two simple words: Thank you Coach. ❤️ #coach #softball #baseball #training #thekage

Six weeks out. This is where it changes. Not when the lights come on. Not when the crowd is watching. Right here… in the quiet, in the grind, in the moments no one sees. This is where discipline shows up. This is where excuses get exposed. This is where you decide who you’re going to be when the season starts. We are not waiting for the opportunity… We are building it. #softball #earnyourinnings #coaching #thekagebarrie #leadership
