POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hello and thank you for being here! If we haven’t met I’m Megan, a very shy but book obsessed person, and I thought I’d share a little about what I hope for Briar Books to be.

While reading is a mostly solitary activity, I’ve always loved talking to people about what they’re reading, hearing what their favourite books are, or taking a look at someone else’s library. I hope that through these hosted events, I can help connect others with similar interests and share a few stories over a drink & a snack.

Highlight reels are a funny thing that don’t show true reality. What’s not shown is that this year tested me in new ways with a big injury that had me feeling like I was taken out of a lot of things. Making this reminded me that 2025 was still FULL of adventures and people I love. Thanks for making this year one for the books 🥰. PS you will not see me once in this but you will see you, and mostly Ernie and Peter.

January. The month of crisp, fresh weather. Of reassessing health and personal goals. Minimal 'big' plans, but smaller, more wholesome catch ups. Nutritious food. The promise of lighter/warmer days ahead.

A time to just be ❄️

It's the ultimate month of self-care and there's nothing #blue about January for me.

Here's to 33 and everyone who made me feel #ontopoftheworld 💙
