Once in a lifetime you get this ❤️ congratulations @jdonn4 and Ava Clarke!!! Watching you two last night on the harbor, you could just feel how right this is, two disciplined, faithful hearts who found each other at exactly the right time in their lives. You both work so hard, love your faith, and just genuinely bring out the best in each other, it’s honestly beautiful to watch. Ava, my sweet girl, I am so unbelievably proud of the woman you’ve become. James, welcome to our family, I already love you like a son and I’m so grateful for the way you love and treat her. I love you both endlessly, and I can’t wait to see the beautiful life you build together.

What a special night at Fenway Park ❤️⚾️ Tonight, the Red Sox helped introduce and spotlight @mentalhealthcollaborative as part of their commitment to changing the conversation around mental health. MHC’s mission is so important: bringing mental health literacy, education, and awareness into our schools, communities, and everyday lives — helping people recognize signs, reduce stigma, and know how to support one another. Mental health touches all of us, and nights like this remind me how powerful it is when community, conversation, and compassion come together. The college lacrosse season is in full swing. 🥍 We want to recognize all Ottawa Capitals alumni currently competing across the NCAA Division I, II, III levels and the NJCAA Seeing Capitals players competing and continuing to show what is possible for the next group of athletes coming through our program with hard work on and off the field. Wishing all of our alumni the best of luck the rest of the season — the Caps community is proud to follow along. Game updates and alumni highlights are always shared on our stories.
