6 years in the Red Room 🚨

This week I celebrate 6 years as a @barrys trainer - over 2,100 classes taught. And what a journey it has been!

I’ve had the honor of watching our community grow stronger. Not just physically, but in so many ways. I’ve seen people push past limits, show up with consistency, and inspire everyone around them.

I’ve also had the privilege of sharing life moments, big and small, with so many of you. That’s what makes @barrysstockholm truly special. 🙏

To those who haven’t tried Barry’s yet: I know it can feel intimidating. Many think it’s only for athletes, celebrities, or influencers. But that couldn’t be further from the truth! In our Red Room, you’ll find all kinds of people. Different ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. What unites everyone is the courage to show up, the will to work hard, and the support of the community.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this ”sprint” so far. Cheers to many more kilometers, reps, and memories together! 💪❤️💪

The first half of 2024 was difficult for me. I was caught up in toxicity and was starting to loose my sense of self worth.
When summer came around I began to find my way back and thanks to all the amazing and beautiful human beings I’ve got around me, I can now stand here on the other side, eyes wide open, grateful and happy to be myself again.

The lesson I’ve learned and would like to share is that you should have faith in people. Dare to jump out into the big unknown! Dare to take risks and dare to love!
Always listen to your heart, never compromise on your well-being and do not ignore red flags! At the end of the day, you deserve to be happy and to receive just as much love as you’re giving away.

Take care of each other and most importantly: take care of yourself! ❤️
