🧠✨ OUTTHEBOX: A Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Experience 🧘🏽‍♀️🌱

What if you gave yourself permission to pause, breathe, and think outside the box?

Join @outtheboxseries at @secretpour for a guided group meditation workshop centered on mindfulness, and reconnecting with yourself.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more, and keep moving, this is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and create space for your mind to just be. Together, we'll explore the power of stillness, intentional breathing, and present-moment awareness as tools to support our mental well-being, release everyday stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the people around us.

Being OutTheBox means challenging the way we've been conditioned to think, creating new ways to care for ourselves, and recognizing that wellness doesn't have to look one way. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is step outside the noise and get back to you.

🎤 A SPECIAL ARTIST PERFORMANCE TO CLOSE THE EXPERIENCE

We'll bring the workshop to a close with a special artist performance, creating a moment to reflect, connect, and experience the power of artistic expression through music.

Whether you're new to meditation or simply looking for a moment of peace, come as you are. No experience needed. Just an open mind and a willingness to be present. 🤎

Let's make space to breathe, reflect, reset, and grow — together.

The Bronx raised me, and I carry that pride everywhere I go. 🏙️❤️ In this clip from my conversation with Out of the Box x RnB Playlist Content Day, I talk about what it means to represent the birthplace of Hip Hop—and the responsibility we have to honor, protect, and continue its legacy.

I’m proud to be from the Bronx. Always will be. 🎤🔥

The Bronx is Hip Hop. The Bronx is home. 🗽

Have you heard of the 200%? 🇩🇴🇵🇷🇺🇸
For many Latin American artists, being accepted can feel like having to give 100% to proving you belong in American music and 100% to proving you belong to your own culture.

For me, that’s meant learning how to let my R&B roots and my Latin American roots coexist — without sacrificing either one. That’s the 200%: showing up fully as both, even when the industry makes you feel like you have to choose.

Two cultures. Two influences. One artist. 200%. 🎶🔥
