Today in the KidFit Corp. Kitchen, Central LA and LeBron “LJ” teamed up with our amazing chef to prepare lunch for their fellow campers! 🌭👨🏾‍🍳👩🏽‍🍳 At KidFit, we don’t just serve meals—we teach life skills ages 5 - 18yrs! These two finished their story books and paid their bills ON TIME this week! Sounds like a pass into the kitchen to me 🫡 . . Every camper gets the opportunity to: 🥄 Prepare real meals in our kitchen. 🧤 Wear their own apron, gloves, and hair net. 📖 Follow step-by-step cooking instructions. 🥗 Learn about nutrition and what’s on their plate. 🤝 Practice teamwork, kitchen safety, and responsibility. And it gets even better… 🌱 The garden our campers planted on June 1st has already produced its very first cucumber and tomato! 🍅🥒 On Monday, they’ll harvest the fruits of their hard work and experience the incredible journey from garden to table. These are the moments that build confidence, independence, healthy habits, and lifelong memories. This is more than summer camp… This is the #KidFitExperience. 💛🖤 Interested in after-school, homeschool, or future KidFit programs? We’d love to have your family join us! #kidscooking #gardentotable #handsonlearning childhoodobesityawareness
