My sweet father passed away and our hearts are broken. He was a tremendous musician, singer and athlete and loved sports, both playing and watching. He loved to water skii and fly fish most of all. He taught hundreds of kids how to ski and wake board. He never missed a Dodgers game.

He showed us all how to fish up in Yellowstone during the summers. I have so many fond memories of him always having fun. The boys friends all called him Mr. Gnarly because he was always taking them dirt biking or on wild adventures. He was an amazing Chiropractor and loved by all. He worked so hard to provide a beautiful life for us.

He loved my mom and they were Highschool sweethearts. She took such good care of him until the end.

We’ll have a double double in your honor and never forget you and your love for life and music. I love you and miss you so much dad.

Legacy

For a century, the Neeley family has nurtured a tradition not of escape, but of return.

Each year for over 100 years, family makes the pilgrimage back to an ancestral home, a place where the air is rich with gratitude and the burdens of the world melt away with each exhale.

Here, we breathe life into our relationships, rekindling connections with family and friends.

This haven, tucked away from the chaos of modern life, offers a sanctuary where we rest and recuperate to the soothing symphony of nature.

The gentle murmur of a nearby stream, the whispering breezes rustling through the trees, and the soft tickle of grass on our ankles create a backdrop of peace in Gods embrace.

Mornings greet us with the tender kiss of sunlight, rousing us warmly from deep rest. Evenings draw us into a serene surrender of cricket songs and meteor showers, as the sky puts on a celestial show.

Midnight whispers and the cooing of owls linger in our memories long after we’ve returned to our daily lives, a comforting reminder of the peace we find here.

This tradition is a precious gift, a legacy handed down by previous generations who understood the importance of preservation and continuity.

They have given us a sanctuary, a place to renew our spirits and reconnect with what truly matters.

I’m so grateful for this enduring legacy of homecoming, a tradition that breathes life into our souls year after year.
