Now that the whole EU tour is finished, I'm finally back in Japan 🇯🇵

This past month was intense and flew by so fast, but I had an amazing experience in every single city.
I was a bit worried at first about whether my set was too experimental and how it would be received, but seeing many people love the show and hearing wonderful feedback warmed my heart and gave me so much encouragement.
What stood out the most this time was being told "thank you for your art" everywhere. I'm truly grateful that people saw my expression as art, rather than just "music", and moments like this make me feel like it was all worthwhile.

A huge thank you to everyone who warmly welcomed me, worked with me, and came to see the shows. These have become unforgettable memories thanks to each of you ❤️

Jednota ve spolupráci s Alternativou uvede skladbu 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 od kanadské skladatelky 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶 v podání montrealského ansámblu 𝗡𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮, pro který byla kompozice napsána.

Monumentální skladba pro šestici hráčů pracuje s texturou, mimovolnou harmonií a tektonicky pomalým plynutím. Zvuk se postupně rozrůstá, komplikuje a dostává nečekané barvy. Oproti jemnějším skladbám Davachi jde o hluboký droneový ponor, který vymazává čas.

𝗡𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 je nadžánrová platforma pro odvážnou hudbu z Montréalu. Věnuje se koncertům, nahrávkám i spolupráci se skladateli a hráči na realizaci speciálních vystoupení.

Matmos. Vraj song nemusí byť len o láske. Etudy škrabania na plechové nábody, prelievanie vody, modulovania zvukov, jebania hrncov o zem či mixovania zvuku vŕzgajúcich dverí dakde v Nórsku. Detaily (a neznesiteľný hluk) robia život i hudbu.
"The weird beer guy", tak nazvali jedného z Jednotích Vaškov. Pred koncertom ľuďom rozdali rolničky, velice vianočný vajb. Alebo i nie. Tento koncert bol vlastne najmilší standup, ktorý zvyšuje moje nároky na romantické vzťahy ❤️🌈

@sorbitoldrops opening for Matmos in Archa+ Prague. Ja už neviem, kto z Jednoty došiel na toto meno ako support, ale nápad to bol magnificentný. Vynikajúci set, spustil reminiscencie na môj prvý koncert, ktorý som kedy v Arche absolvovala. Každopádne, Sorbitol Drops je projekt, ktorý by som sa nielenže nehanbila booknuť znova, ale najmä všetkých povzbudila ísť si ho pozrieť. Veľké vďaka <3

//Komická spomienka na záver o tom prvom koncíku v Arche. Existuje fyzická fotka istej 19-ročnej študentky matfyzu s dreadami v kvetovanej mikine ako pred Archou fajčí s Amonom Tobinom. Toľko k tomu.

Svérázné experimentování, jemná euforie i abstraktní DIY písničkářství. Veterán britského undergroundu Richard Youngs se v úterý večer představí v MeetFactory po boku hudebního dua Pip.

„UK underground godfather and one of the most prolific avant rock mavericks in the international sub-underground continuum.“

Kooperace kolektivu Jednota a MeetFactory přináší další jedinečný koncert. Glasgowský experimentální hudebník Richard Youngs, jehož rozsáhlá diskografie mísí vlivy post-punkové a post-industriální scény, psychedelie, country, droneu i free music, 9. června zahraje v Praze po boku elektro-akustického projektu Pip kytaristy Fredrika Rastena a trumpetisty Torsteina Lavika Larsena.
