Is it dramatic to say I wasn’t even sure I’d make it to 32? Lots of highs and lows but we’re making it work. Thanks for being good to me, New York. Stay tuned for what’s next. Happy FAHM! 🇵🇭

Some years don’t simply pass, they shape you. They ask for courage before clarity. They take things away before revealing what they were making room for. 2025 was that kind of year for us at Normal. A year that stretched us, humbled us, and ultimately brought us closer to the work we were always meant to do. This year, Normal continued to grow into its three pillars with deeper intention: our interior design studio rooted in storytelling and secondhand sourcing, our estate sales honoring lives, legacies, and transitions, and our retail shows transforming iconic spaces into places of gathering, discovery, and culture. Each pillar feeding the other. Each one reminding us that commerce can still be human. We said goodbye to spaces that once held our earliest chapters and in doing so, stepped into rooms we never could have imagined then. We expanded our community across cities, welcomed hundreds of vendors we now call collaborators and friends. Our vendors are the heartbeat of what we build, season after season. Our team grew, not just in size, but in trust, resilience, and shared vision. What we’ve built together this year is something rare: a group of people from all backgrounds who deeply care about the value of this work. Through Originals, we told stories we believe in, of makers, collectors, spaces, and lives shaped by intention. We leaned further into documentation, into slowing down long enough to honor the process, not just the outcome. As we look ahead, 2026 feels expansive. New cities. More spaces, permanent ones, taking the vision into an everyday home. Deeper programming. More Originals. More ways to gather, learn, and build together. This brand was built from the ground up, by hand, through community, through belief and this year reminded us why we started in the first place. To everyone who walked through our doors, built beside us, trusted us with their work, their stories, their spaces: thank you for being part of this chapter. We’re stepping into what’s next with gratitude, clarity, and a full heart. Here’s to what we’ve built and what’s coming. Happy New Year!
