Some of the best stories are the smallest ones: a family squeezing into one frame, someone struggling to hold the phone at arm’s length, everyone laughing before the photo is even taken. We wanted to see how far we could push the handmade, Claymation feel using AI. Every fingerprint-soft texture, every fridge magnet, every slightly crooked smile. Have fun watching! #ClayAnimation #Claymation #AnimationwithAI #AiFilmmaking #MadeWithAi

This is an animatic. Created only for market testing. Tide Philippines. A rainy school cafeteria, a cute school girl, a spaghetti-stained uniform, and the Filipino star #AldenRichards who shows up right on cue. Animatics are usually a rough sketch of an idea, something to squint at and imagine. But we decided to go further than that. That's why we don't call them animatics. We like to call them #cinematics. So the conversation with the brand can go from "can you picture this concept?" to "yes, this." #Animatics #AIFilmmaking #AldenRichards #Cinematics #Advertising [ Animatics, Ad for Market Testing, Advertising, AI Filmmaking, Cinematics ]

What do you do when a brand wants to tell a story about the everyday lives of urban people across different demographics—with a script that calls for multiple characters, multiple locations and a minimum 3-day shoot? And what happens when the ambition of the film stays high, but the production budget doesn’t? A few months ago, when we were brought on board as creative partners to the agency and the brand, we decided to rethink the filmmaking process. We cast real people and then used AI to create the film. For us filmmakers, casting was probably the most exciting part. AI allowed us to explore different faces, looks and personalities at incredible speed—giving us a whole new level of creative freedom. But that was just the beginning. The real challenge was figuring out how to make these characters and locations feel real. How do we maintain character consistency? How do we capture the right expressions and emotions? How do we make the characters look and feel believable before and after consumption? And most importantly—how far could we push AI while still keeping the film cinematic, human and believable? The timeline was intense. The pipeline was constantly evolving. We were solving problems that didn’t have established solutions. And that’s what made this project exciting. We were not simply using AI to make a film. We were experimenting with a new hybrid way of filmmaking—combining the authenticity of a real shoot with the possibilities of AI. The result is a film and a process that we’re truly proud of. 🎬 Watch the film and tell us what you think! #AIFilmmaking #HybridFilmmaking #Advertising #FilmProduction #fyp
