Welcome to Rhythm and Earth drum circle and Djembe workshop with our lead drum facilitator Dr. Khushboo Shah from Pune, with over 10 years of experience in West African drumming and music.

In this Traditional West African module you will be learning 2 unique rhythms on Djembe.
Whether you are a seasoned drummer or a newbie, all are welcome to join this amazing workshop.

BUSINESS CONSTELLATION IN MUMBAI 🌀
(aka: grief, giggles, sacred mischief & silent airport saviours)

We thought we signed up for “Business Constellation Training”
but what actually happened?

We bet on themes of the constellation like it was a game of poker.
“Today’s theme?” — Grief.
“Tomorrow?” — confusion.

Then there was Hazel,
who didn’t just hold space — she held me, when I cracked open sobbing about stray dogs, whales, dolphins…
every sentient being humans forget to love.
No fixing. No fluff. Just pure presence.
Hazel, you’re made of stardust and tea.

And then there was @mmeima
Not teaching us, but meeting with us.
Playfully poking just enough to make something alive in us wake up.
Never above, never below — just right there in the field,
respecting every awareness like it mattered.
Because it did.
And you really saw us for who we are.
And you named me a Witch, which no one could till now.

Sarita, whose shawl and warmth kept me cozy when chills ran through me during constellation. And on the last day we played like kids in the constellation.

Manorama, who was releasing so much that made her the most present in unconscious domain.

@gunjanamritnam108 who became my partner in crime as we were purane papi ( AC ;) )

Mugdha, the warm face and presence throughout the training

@just.ranju so full of wisdom and yet the naughty streak so alive 🫶🏻

Aprajita, who I partnered up with consciously as well as unconsciously.

@pallavivelury my shopping partner 🛍️ and bargaining expert.

@aiguerime_adventures bringing unconditional love to the field.

Arjun, silent observer but what a presence.

Karan never spoke but grounded the entire room.

who didn’t say a single word to me the entire training.
Not even a “hi”, silently shows up to drop me to the airport at night like some quiet constellation Uber angel?

We laughed hard.
Cried harder.
Healed loud.
And whispered truths into timelines that will never be the same again.

And we all became soul family

Business? Healed.
Field? Activated.
Soul? Fed.

Business constellation is not all serious it’s rather fun.
