From instruction to execution. 🤼‍♂️🔥 heavy on the head to the football catch !!

First we teach it. Then we drill it. Then we put it to work in live wrestling.

It’s one thing to know a move. It’s another to execute it against someone who’s trying to stop you.

Learn it. Drill it. Apply it.

That’s how we build better wrestlers at Hall of Fame Wrestling. 💪

This weekend after the fight card, my son and I were talking. He said, “It’s so cool that we got to interview so many people fighting on that card. We know so many fighters now.”

I asked him if he noticed anything they all had in common.

He said yes.

I asked what.

He said: “They’re all kind people.”

That’s it. That’s the whole thing. Behind every knockout, every belt, every record — kindness. That’s what we chase at A Fighter’s Fortitude. Not the highlights. The human.

The takedown starts long before the finish. Breaking down the small details from the over-under position—staying tight, creating angles and winning the next exchange. The little things make the biggest difference when the pace picks up. 🤼‍♂️🔥
