A new home is about more than the day you receive the keys. It’s knowing the people who built it will still be there after closing. ❤️ In Episode 4 of Built by People, I’m introducing you to Jennifer from the Drees Customer Care team. Jennifer shares why having customer care and warranty handled in-house matters, what she loves most about helping homeowners after closing, and the advice she gives every new Drees homeowner. This is why I created Built by People—to introduce you to the people whose care, experience and commitment continue long after construction is complete. Because a beautiful home matters—but so do the people who stand behind it. 🏡 What does great customer care after closing mean to you? #BuiltByPeople #drees #DreesCustomHomes #CodyPinzon #customercare

Designing a home is such a personal thing. Most people play it safe — neutral walls, soft finishes, nothing that might turn off a buyer down the road. But, every now and then we experience a home that actually commits to something, that goes all in. That commitment shows confidence in a design that’s a reflection of who you are and how you want to live. Art is life and interior design is an expression of this life we live - and it can be breathtaking. That’s what we love about 12104 Estrada Ct in Steiner Ranch. A masterclass in interior design - moody, saturated, and fully committed to an artistic expression. Every aspect of this home flows together, room by room, and is meticulously crafted for a larger than life experience. Even down to the collapsing patio doors that make outdoor living a natural extension of the indoor living space. Everything intentional, designed with love, and stunning. A life well lived is one that fully commits, doesn’t take the safe route, and knows exactly who they are. And we’re all for it. 📍12104 Estrada Ct, Austin, TX 78732 4 Bed | 2.5 Bath | 2,868 SQFT | 1/3 Acre Cul-de-Sac Lot | Pool | Outdoor living complete with dog park | 3 Car Garage | Offered at $1,075,000 For more details or to find out more about homes that execute at this level, send us a message. 📲 #dwellatxrealtygroup #steinerranch #movetoaustin #austinrealestate

🎬 EPISODE 2 IS HERE One of the most exciting parts of building a home isn’t something you see from the outside… It’s the moment a house starts becoming your home. In this episode of Built by People, we’re taking you inside the Drees Design Center to introduce you to the incredible women who help homeowners bring their vision to life. From cabinetry and countertops to lighting and flooring, every selection tells a story—and these ladies help families create spaces they’ll love for years to come. This series is about more than homes. It’s about the people who make them possible. 💚 I’d love to know… If you were designing your dream home, what’s the one feature you’d never compromise on? 👇 Tell me in the comments! #BuiltByPeople #DreesHomes #LibertyHillTX #Lariat #designcenter

One year ago, I made a decision that changed my life. This week, I celebrated 365 days without alcohol. 🙏 What began as a health challenge became a journey of healing, growth, clarity, and faith. I’ve slept better. Thought more clearly. Improved my health. Strengthened relationships. Deepened my faith. And learned more about myself than I ever expected. The truth is, I didn’t accomplish this through willpower alone. There were difficult moments along the way, but God met me in those moments. When I felt weak, He provided strength. When I felt uncertain, He provided peace. One of my favorite verses is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” If you’re struggling with alcohol, addiction, or a habit that no longer serves you, please know this: You don’t have to do it alone. One day. One decision. One prayer. One step at a time. God isn’t finished with you. The best chapter of your story may still be ahead. ❤️🙏 #OneYearSober #FaithOverFear #Jeremiah2911 #stevesellsaustin #godisgood

I’ve personally been to workshops where I learned absolutely nothing. Left feeling like it was a complete waste of my time and money. This is the complete opposite. Our workshops are unlike anything else out there. This isn’t one person yapping for three days trying to build their brand off your attention. This is multiple people, James, Max, Mikolaj, and the Nashville Media crew, showing up and sharing exactly what works in their businesses and what doesn’t. No ego. Just people who genuinely have a heart to serve and pour into every single person in that room without holding back. You’ll hear different perspectives, different approaches, and different ways of running a real estate media business at a high level. Whether you’re newer to the industry or you’re a few years in and looking to scale, this workshop is for you. San Diego. May 8-9. Comment “WORKSHOP” and we’ll send you all the details.
