As all the kitchens and buffets quiet down for another cold winter, I’m reminded of all the hard working staff that killed it for us this year. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all. It was a pleasure and an honour. I hope our paths cross again soon.

This will be the the start of some posts showcasing our amazing BOH staff. And who better than to start with other than the birthday boy @jeff_funnell78 !!! This man is in his second season with us and the back bone of our dishwasher team. As any Chef knows, these are the people that deserve the most praise as they are the true backbone of any kitchen. Thank you Jeff for all you do. I wish you the happiest birthday and much success in your new year!!! 🎉🎉🎉 . .
