POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

being transparent with the numbers seems to be really helpful so here’s another one on operational expenses, mortgage, utilities and net revenue for both Airbnbs! 🙂 put this together a while ago, but just didn’t get a chance to post it cus it’s been busy working on #3 on top of work, processing adhd diagnosis and cornell7, other projects, and life in general… what else are y’all curious about when it comes to the Airbnb process?

There was a point where some of the things we wanted felt too big to say out loud without shrinking them first.

Not because we did not want them badly enough. They just still felt hypothetical.

Then we got around people who were taking their own ambitions seriously too.

People who were learning, building, asking bigger questions, and letting themselves want more.

That did not hand us a strategy. It did not make the decisions for us. It did not carry the risk or do the work of building our Airbnb business.

We still had to make the calls. We still had to follow through.

But it changed what felt normal.

It became easier to say the bigger goal out loud. Easier to believe the next step was possible enough to take.

If you have people who let you say the big idea without making it smaller first, protect that room.

Follow our journey to see how we launch 3 Airbnbs in 12 months.

when we found columbus, we saw something.

then the ai forecast came back.

about $30k for the whole year.

and we started to wonder what we were missing.

we liked the city.
we saw big potential.

but we were not going to buy a house because of a feeling.

so we pulled EVERY comp we could find. LITERALLY EVERY comparable on airbnb.

not just the nightly rates.

photos.
layouts.
amenities.
reviews.
the way every home had been designed.

we wanted to know one thing:

could we build something stronger here?

the more we looked, the more it looked like the ai tools were missing somerhing.

but we still were not ready to call it.

so we took the research to mentors we trust.

their read?

“I think you guys found a goldmine!” - @jeffchheuy 2025

Say less!

five months later, we are already $20k past the annual ai estimates.

and there are still seven months left in our first 12-month cycle.

we still use ai tools, rabbu, and airdna.

we just do not let them make the final call.

They can tell you the average.
the work tells you what the average missed.

The past couple months i’ve had moments where i questioned this whole thing. like, why am i doing this to myself again.

Late nights, decisions i wasn’t sure about, wondering if it was even going to be worth it in the end.

But we’re almost at the finish line now. and honestly, i’m just proud of it.

Second project. One more step in this journey. 🤍

A room full of visionaries, game-changers, and wealth builders. ✨

The Ikigai Collective Wealth Summit brought together powerful conversations, meaningful connections, and insights that challenged the way we think about wealth, purpose, and impact.

Grateful for every speaker, attendee, and moment that made this event unforgettable. This is more than building wealth—it’s building a life of intention.

Until the next one. 🚀

He went from filling prescriptions to pulling in $1M+/year in rural Airbnb markets most investors scroll right past.

Dr. Jeff Chheuy didn't find a secret market.

He just saw something everyone else was too comfortable to look at.

Most people don't miss good deals because they're risky.
They miss them because they look unfamiliar.

The crowd is good at spotting what feels safe.
It's terrible at spotting where the leverage is hiding.

Where are you finding deals others are overlooking? 👇

For most of my life, working a 9 to 5… I always felt like I didn’t fully belong. 🤍

Like something was missing.Like I was placed in the wrong room, trying to force a life that didn’t fit me.

But when I stepped into real estate investing full time… everything changed. ✨

I found my people. 🫶

The bold ones. The crazy ones. The kind ones. The ones who push you to the edge and say, “JUMP… we got you.” 🚀The ones who understand the struggle AND the success. 💯

I found my tribe. 👑

A tribe that knows what it feels like to fight to belong… yet still opens their arms to others.A tribe that sees me, understands me, and loves the crazy in me. 🤍

And in return… I love the crazy in them too. 🥹✨

In this world of real estate investing… I found where I truly belong.

People will come and go.Seasons will change. But the real ones… the ones who SHOW UP with love, support, and heart… you are everything. 💖

Thank you to everyone who surprised me on my birthday. 🎂✨You reminded me that this journey is not just about business…

It’s about PEOPLE.It’s about BELONGING.It’s about building memories while building wealth. 💰🏡

And now… onto the next chapter. 🚀

Let’s go make millions, build memories, and have the BEST time doing it. 👑✨💸

Love ya all,
Marjie

Grateful for the opportunity to speak at such an amazing real estate event 🙏

When I got into real estate 2.5 years ago, I honestly didn’t think much of it…
But showing up with focus, staying consistent, and building real relationships has compounded more than I could have imagined.

I’ve had the chance to meet and learn from incredible investors who are winning in their own lanes — and that’s been one of the biggest blessings.

Thank you @theflipperqueen for the opportunity. ❤️
