My second book — NOISE: A Strategy for Stillness in a World That Won’t Shut Up.

“All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.”
— Blaise Pascal

I learned in my early twenties that my problem wasn’t simply that I was busy.

My problem was that I never learned how to slow down in the middle of the busyness—to drown out the noise, get still, and become devoted to the faint whisper of God’s voice.

I’ve been writing this book for years because I’ve been trying to live it for years.

And recently, the Lord reminded me that I needed to return to the very practices I’ve been writing about: stillness, silence, and solitude.

Because everyone needs a strategy—especially when it comes to combating chaos with Christ’s presence.

So I write on.

To withdraw from the noise.
To watch out for what is competing for my attention.
To walk closely enough with God to hear His voice again.

This book is not about escaping a loud world.

It’s about learning how to hear God clearly in the middle of one. Cause let’s be honest. The world ain’t shutting up anytime soon.

NOISE releases November 3, 2026.

God->Moved. Sinners->Redeemed.Death->Defeated. So thankful for the gift of waking up each day and being able to live this life for the one who gave up his. Praise God! “Gods power and love IS GREATER than anything causing you pain, shame, or guilt.”

I’M JUST A NOBODY TRYING TO TELL EVERYBODY ABOUT SOMEBODY WHO CAN SAVE ANYBODY.

SUMMER SZN ’26 IS COMING TO AN END AND JESUS HAS BEEN SO FAITHFUL.

This summer, I had the privilege of:

Preaching a four-week series called THE GREAT 8, walking verse by verse through Romans 8 @thebayouchurch

Podcasting the Great 8 on the Daily Rebel.

Preaching Camp 318.

Preaching Camp FUEGO — SSN 8.

Preaching Base Camp for Sugar Creek Students.

Preaching Bro Night and calling men to courage, conviction, and faithfulness.

Across every church, camp, service, and gathering, thousands of people heard the gospel and more than 150 people made decisions to follow Jesus!

That is not hype. That is not talent. That is not about a preacher.

That is the power of the gospel and the grace of God.

I’m overwhelmed, grateful, humbled, and more convinced than ever:

THE GOSPEL STILL SAVES.
JESUS STILL CHANGES LIVES.
AND THE HARVEST IS STILL PLENTIFUL.

All glory to Jesus.

I carry the Word of God and I’ll never turn it down a notch!

Jesus is all you NEED. Run after His goodness and mercy. He went to the cross JOYFUL, because He had you in mind. He died the death WE deserve, to save us from our worst self and our worst sins. Be so obsessed with the fact that Jesus died on the cross for you. And He would do it again.

Romans 8:28
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

What a blessing it is, that we are able to have an invitation to the free gift of salvation from our Lord and Savior.
