Young Life has truly been one of the best things ever, and I’m so grateful for all the opportunities it has given me to meet new people, make friendships, and create memories. The people and leaders are truly amazing, and I love how welcoming and fun everything is. I especially love how Young Life brings us closer to God and helps us build a stronger relationship with Him. It brings me so much joy and brightens every Monday, giving me something to look forward to every week. If you’ve never tried Young Life, I seriously recommend it! I can’t wait to make so many more memories and meet so many more amazing people. ❤️

If you’ve ever thought about going to Young Life, PLEASE take this as your sign to go!! Young Life has impacted my life in ways I can’t even explain, and I’m so thankful for the way it has helped me grow closer to Jesus. Sometimes life gets hard, and it’s easy to feel lost, alone, or like you’re not good enough, but I want you to know that Jesus loves you more than you could ever imagine. You don’t have to have your life together, know every Bible verse, or be the perfect Christian to have a relationship with Him. He wants YOU, exactly as you are. Young Life is such a beautiful reminder that you don’t have to walk through life alone and that there are people who want to see you grow in your faith. My prayer is that more people get to experience the love of Jesus and realize that following Him is the greatest decision they could ever make. If you’re struggling with your faith, searching for a community, or just wanting to know more about Jesus, take that step. Show up, open your heart, and give Him a chance to work in your life. You never know how God could use one night, one conversation, or one person to completely change your life. He has a purpose for you, He sees you, He loves you, and He is ALWAYS worth following. I pray Young Life continues to reach more hearts and bring more people to Jesus, because there is nothing more beautiful than watching someone discover the love of God for themselves. 🙌🏽🌈

Athens YL sent four folks to Malibu last month to serve in Egmont, British Columbia.

Lydie Barnett, Nora Wilson, Ryan Hamby, and Mady Smith: thank you for giving a month of your summer away so kids could hear the Gospel in that beautiful place.

Shout out to the Athens folks and alumni serving at Crooked Creek Ranch in Fraser, Colorado, this month!

Joel Scoggins led at Athens Academy and is now on staff in Memphis, Tennessee, and serving as the Head Leader this month.

Angie Elliott led at Clarke Central and is on staff in Albany and serving as Head Leader.

Brad Elliott led at Cedar Shoals and still leads in Albany.

Liam Elliott is a new leader at Morgan County.

Hunter Judge led at OCMS and is on property staff at Crooked Creek.

Amy Dixon led at OCMS and is a leader in Johns Creek.

Kenleigh Pennington is a current leader at Clarke Central and is interning at CRR all summer.

Abby Turnier is a second year at Georgia and serving on summer staff.

We had such a fun night hosting Young Life for Eat the Menu Night at Chick-fil-A Jefferson❤️

The challenge was simple: eat the entire menu.
The outcome… not so simple 😂

There may have been some creative teamwork, a few “interesting” strategies, and a whole lot of laughter along the way!

We loved getting to serve and spend the evening with such an awesome group. Full hearts, full stomachs, and lots of great memories made!
