Heat, hike and pool in Vegas and waterfalls, mountains and forests in North Carolina 💚 What a lovely time!! Malcolm had lots of favorits around him at all times (and me too!) 😍 Glad to have a nature woman like @steph.wats.on to explore with 🌵🪨☀️ such a great and compatible room mate for this stay (we have lots of things in common, not only milk-kefir that we obsess about 😆) and she is also a super nanny to Malcolm 😍

Even though I also worked lots in between the adventures..🤓, I’m filled with new energy and ready for another tour! 🇺🇸 And I will not forget the sunrises from the porch and home of @jeffkasky 🙏🏻😊

Another tour has come to an end. One moment I’m in a park, the next dancing on stage. The contrasts in life 😁❤️ More ABBA love, fabulous audiences, connecting with friends along the way (like @andreagouletcoleman that I’ve been waiting three years to see live again..!) long travel, sweaty but lovely outdoor shows that makes the wig go wet and flat 😅 Malcolm gets to play with his favorites, experience different stages with his adorable ear protectors on and is surrounded by adventure everyday ❤️ Life is good!

ABBA love fills my heart up! ❤️ The band friends, the audiences, the new meetings along the way. And of course my son who makes everything more fun 😍 He is also enjoying HIS friends and asks mommy to ”back off” when I try to join the play 😆 And he’s spoiled with two super-nannies who makes it easy for me to do my job! 🩷🩷 I guess I’m back to writing cheesy post like this but I’m just so grateful!!

We have 5 days of ABBA fun, playground visits and car rides left. Let’s go!

Half the summer flew by quickly! Some sunny high points to remember for my instagram diary☀️:

- Performed at a beautiful wedding in Spain where I also got to sing harmonies with one of my besties since high school (where we sang harmonies ALL the time 😁). And she was Malcolms best pal when mommy was working.

- Hang out with friends (I wish I had caught all of them on camera but I guess it’s a good sign I forget to bring my phone out..), family, neighbors and even friends I’ve never met before in real life (like my podcast partner @singwithkristy And ps. Go listen to our podcast @singinggeekpodcast ).

- Adventures with Malcolm and dinners on the balcony.

- Vacation to Martha’s Vineyard which means beach, boats, lighthouse, lots of fish and fun!

Soaking it all up!! Now we’re on tour for more adventures! 😎

Florida, baby!!! We got a lovely little vacation, me and my little man 🥰🌴 Miami and @lloydmandell gave us the best stay as usual with lots of fun play for Malcolm. And before that we met Donald and Daisy Duck at Disney! Swipe for that adorable picture 😁 One full day of adventures with the team including funcle @jeffkasky of course, and evening playtime with @tobyinnyc who was not caught on picture 😅 The concept of lines to the rides was a bit hard to grasp at this age, haha… But other than that, Malcolm was having the time of his life. Though playing with Lloyd in a park or drawing at the art set up Lloyd prepared for him at the hotel seemed just as fun 😊🙏🏻

So very thankful for these moments 🥰

Spring tour is done! With fun shows, endless playgrounds, a new makeup artist (Malcolm who wanted to do makeup for Tess and me every night 😆), band dinners, a couple of days off in NYC and lots of ABBA love of course!! See you again in the summer ❤️😍

The ABBA touring is done for this year and we will miss it! ❤️ After another month on the road we landed in Sweden mid October but it was just last week that Malcolm’s jetlag was over 😵‍💫😅 I don’t know in how many cities we’ve been going on swings and riding the slides! And I’m so happy we got to visit New York City again this tour, but he won’t remember it…! But I will 😍 And I can tell that he is shaped by the travel, the music, the people (some of his absolute favorites!), the adventures…. I love this for my son. Such a fun time with this crew and amazingly fun shows and love from the audience. We will see you next year again, America! 🇺🇸

Ps. The necklace I wear in the show was my grandmother’s that my mom gifted me before she passed. I love that they are part of my show outfit✨❤️

Life on tour started out a little rocky this time 🫤 But as you can see, I’m smiling again!! But I got a nasty eye- and sinus infection on the travel over here (hello new pre school for Malcolm and all that comes with it 🤪) but omg how grateful I felt when the voice and body was 100% back 🙏🏻 (Hence the track for this post 😁) Two weeks, eight shows, many small adventures with Malcolm, two Fridas, lots of travel, new sweet nanny, fabulous fans and audiences…😍 We have two more weeks to go!

5 weeks of ABBA love has come to an end ❤️ A true pleasure touring with this amazing crew and I’m all filled up with energy from warm audiences!! We’re home just in time for my 43rd birthday today, and I actually thought this 43 year old lady would be more wiped out after 5 weeks on tour with a toddler 🤪🥰 But I LOVE doing this and it’s a perfect circle of life so to speak 😅 Energy out and energy in!

No need for tour blues this time since we’re back in less than a month. Untangling that blond wig, singing my heart out, steaming a wrinkly cape, more rounds of itsy bitsy spider in the car (I think we are at a million now..), hunting for avocados and clean food at Whole Foods for Malcolm (I should get sponsored..! 😆). But first, a few weeks of getting Malcolm into his new pre school, catching up in our home and getting into some voice teaching again.

Endlessly grateful❣️

The first of two days in NYC.

I can’t help getting exited about this city. Even just strolling around is inspiring. Perhaps I’ve whatched to many movies from here…😅

The last film is outside a legendary club where many prominent artists have performed. Bob Dylan had his first NYC gig there for instance, and even lived upstairs from the club for a while.

6 shows in 6 days! And then a couple of lovely days in New York City!! We’ve had so much fun with the best audiences who has been singing along, dressing up and sending so much love to us on stage 😍 Having lots of fun getting to know my new “Frida” @therese_lofstedt_ both on and off stage 🩷

Malcolm got his first real haircut by sweet @darciebrilhante (I’ve been chasing him around with the scissors before but…😆) and had lots of fun drawing, swimming and all the things, often together with the adorable duo @git_marrie and @mikewa8 🙏🏻❣️

New York City delivered with a visit to the Central Park zoo, LOTS of walking, brunch and vintage shopping (I’ve learned to be a quick shopper when I get a few min in a store thanks to @jeffkasky 😅) Of course those two had lots of crazy fun!
