Merry christmas to all the guitar addicts and six string slingers. It's been an awesome year of being a student again exploring everything from amps to modellers, new pedals, plug-ins, studio monitors, and, of course, new guitars. So many amazing instruments. And this year was the discovery of new channels on Youtube and different musicians and music. I continue to get amazed at how small the world can be on social media, getting responses and likes from all over the globe from people of all walks of life and musicianship. (Fellow guitar addicts to be sure). So, for all the responses, likes, thumbs up, and shares. I thank you. The journey continues... #journeymanguitarist

Awesome having my best friend, colleague, former roommate, and amazing guitar talent Jeff McErlain at the show last night in Sunrise. With me being a native New Yorker, being in the West Coast TSO troupe has always made it a challenge to get a lot of my lifelong friends out to see the show!

“Inspirational, fun and informative, all wrapped in great company. I couldn’t have asked for more.”
What a workshop! We were beyond excited to have the inspiring @jeffmcerlain join us, alongside his very special guest @aynsleylister for 3 days of blues, playing, performing, collaborating and generally forming new musical friendships. And what a wonderful group of guest guitarists. You guys rocked!!

Surrounded by @tworockamplification for the duration (sounding amazing!), this workshop was something special.
Big thanks to @timdaleyguitar and his team for making it a smooth running machine 🎸
Watch out for Jeff and Aynsley’s returns in the near future. Join us!

We're sort of "tree year round" people so the first excuse and the "guitar corner" becomes the "tree corner". And yeah, I went and grabbed maybe my favorite playing guitar in bright red. How could I not? The "little twin" rig gets shifted to the right and experiments with the new pedalboard continue. I've got the Stereo Chorus Flanger dialed in though I find it reacts differently to different guitars. Have to love some analog.

Stacking the fww/Barber Plus and Buss for both sculpting the jazzy clean tones and for the edge of break up for the lesson with Jeff McErlain's most recent video. There's no one like Jeff for breaking things down and reminding us to subtly bend the flat third and the flat seventh.
